The vessel is a double Hull production oil tanker with single screw and diesel engine. Build as per Lloyds Register Rules and Regulations (Sea Trials are conducted by the China Classification Society (CSS))
Year of Keel laying: 2009
The Vessel is designed by Volharding Shipyard in The Netherlands for unrestricted navigation and constructed by a first class Chinese Shipyard.
Unmanned engine room, most installed equipment is imported.
Distribution board, distribution box are imported SCHNEIDER made with original package supply ; power automatic manage for power station, unmanned engine room etc.
Main engine: one WARTSILA 8L20 diesel oil engine, power 1560Kw, with CPP, reduction gear boxes, flexible coupling and stern shaft is all supplied by WARTSILA.
The propulsion of the vessel has following features:
- HFO can be used under any operating condition;
- Nonpolar speed changing;
- Excellent ship manoeuvrability.
Auxiliaries: Two 280Kw main generator (CUMMINS+SIEMENS) one 90Kw emergency generator
Bow Thruster: One 250Kw three direction drafting type bow thruster (VETH-JET, Holland) provided, it ensure agile operating characteristic during ship port service and in Port.
Used as additional propulsion the vessel reach by bow thruster only 3Kn speed ,without main engine.
Maintenance of the bow thruster can be performed without docking.
Winches: One electric-hydraulic combination anchor winch (SEC, Holland) is installed; the mooring winch is also a electric-hydraulic type (SEC, Holland).
Cargo Tanks: Vessel consist 10 cargo oil tanks and 1 slop tank for carrying
HFO and MDO with flashpoint more than 60℃. The cargo and slop tank are built of mild steel and coated with imported rainbow type optical coating.
Cargo tanks are coiled and heated by an 1800kw thermal oil boiler.
Cargo tanks are fitted with an automatic radar level monitoring system, (Germany VEGG), measuring system, foursquare draft system, loading computer, ballast tank level remote measuring system, valve remote control and ODME system etc.
Pump Room: Installed two HFO cargo pumps and one MDO cargo pump (all German Made by Borneman).
Wheelhouse: Two 21’ radar, GPS, AIS, C station, meteorological facsimile equipment installed (Japan FURUNO brand).
Electric gyrocompass and automatic pilot are from Anschütz- Germany
Accommodation: Accommodation consist a complement of 9, with independent toilet, central air condition, heating, etc.
